Payment & Cancellation Policy

1. Booking Deposit & Payments

To confirm your slot on any group tour, backpacking trip, or Himalayan trek, a minimum advance deposit of 30% to 50% of the total trip cost is required. The balance payment must be cleared 7 days prior to the departure date.

2. Cancellation Schedule

• • 30+ Days Before Departure: 90% refund of deposit amount.
• • 15 - 29 Days Before Departure: 50% refund or 100% trip voucher for future dates.
• • 0 - 14 Days Before Departure: No refund available due to non-refundable hotel & transport bookings.

3. Unforeseen Weather & Natural Disasters

If a trip is disrupted or cancelled due to landslides, heavy snowfall, road blockades, or government order, Super Tour To India will issue a full trip credit voucher valid for 12 months.
